Terms of Service

These Terms of Use govern your access to the GameRangerX software and related online services, including accounts, lobbies, friends, clans, messaging, and subscriptions.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GameRangerX helps players find each other, create game lobbies, and connect for networked play, including through LAN-style connectivity, peer-to-peer connections, and signaling services.

We are not the publisher or rights holder of the games you run through the Service. Compatibility, stability, and lawful use of any game depend on that game's rules and applicable law.

Some features require registration. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or other justified reasons.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age for digital consent in your region if higher.

Paid features are only available to users legally allowed to enter into such transactions in their country, or with parental or guardian consent where required by law.

You must not harass, threaten, spread hate, distribute malware, spam, attack the Service, bypass technical limits, or otherwise create risk for users or infrastructure.

You are responsible for content you post in nicknames, messages, lobby text, and other user-generated areas.

Your use of games, mods, injected libraries, and other third-party software is at your own risk. You must comply with game publisher licenses and other applicable rights.

The GameRangerX client, brand, documentation, and Service elements belong to the Operator or its licensors. Copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited except as allowed by law or license.

Some Service features are paid. Current prices, billing intervals, and feature sets are shown in the product interface at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by payment providers, including Paddle. Full card details are not stored on our servers; the payment provider's terms apply to payment processing.

Subscriptions may auto-renew until cancelled in your settings or with the payment provider if the selected checkout option allows renewal.

Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and our refund policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every game or device configuration.

We may change features, perform maintenance, and release updates to the client and website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, in-game disruptions, or actions of third parties.

Total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for paid features during the previous 12 months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and any available settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted through the Service or on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator's jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your place of residence.
