Refund Policy
This page explains how GameRangerX handles refund requests for subscriptions and other paid features.

1. General approach
Refund requests for GameRangerX subscriptions and paid features are reviewed individually, taking into account applicable law, the payment method, the subscription status, and the circumstances of the purchase.
2. When a refund may be available
A refund may be available where required by mandatory consumer law, or in cases of duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or verified technical payment issues.
If the purchase was processed by a third-party payment provider, that provider's procedures and requirements may also affect how the request is handled.
3. Limitations
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, digital services already provided, used subscription periods, and partially consumed paid features may be non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for an already billed period.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please use the Help / feedback section in the GameRangerX client and include your account email, payment date, amount, payment method, and a short explanation of the issue.
5. Review process
We may request additional information needed to verify the transaction and prevent fraud. Each request is reviewed in light of the relevant facts and mandatory legal rules.
6. Timing and payment method
If a refund is approved, it is generally returned through the original payment method unless the law or payment provider requires a different route.
The final posting time depends on the bank and payment provider.
